Overview

Galactic Infamy is a sci-fi bounty hunter themed board and card game with dice based combat for 2 to 6 players.

Each player takes on the role of a bounty hunter in search of the galaxy's most notorious crime lord.  Capture and turn in bounties to collect credits and infamy.  Spend credits on equipment and training to battle more difficult bounties.  Turn in the crime lord and the player with the most infamy is the winner!

The Basics

Players start with a Character Card which has their basic attributes - Combat, Intellect and Defense.  Each Character Card also has a unique species trait different from all other Character Cards.

Class Cards are chosen based on what is available to that Character Card.  Class Cards add permanent value to attributes and determine what type of Equipment Cards can be linked to a Character.

Players start their hand with the 3 Action Cards listed on the Character Card.  The first two Action cards are the same for all players, while the third is unique to that player's starting hand.  One Boost Card listed on the Class Card is also added to the player's starting hand.

Action Cards allow a player to break the rules of the game in some way, while Boost Cards provide the player with a one time boost to their attributes.  Players can have up to six cards in their hand at the end of their turn.

How To Win

As players move around the galaxy from planet to planet, they can shop for Boost, Equipment and Skill Cards, replenish lost Life Points, draw random Action Cards or engage in battle with a Bounty Card or other player.

Bounty Cards have four ranks, the highest being a Crime Lord.  Each is progressively more difficult than the previous rank.  The first player to successfully turn in a Crime Lord Bounty Card triggers the end of the game.  The player with the most infamy wins!
